Create a healthier, more natural aquarium environment with premium dried Catappa leaves, also known as Indian Almond leaves. A favorite among shrimp keepers, betta owners, and breeders, these leaves slowly release natural tannins that help mimic tropical blackwater habitats found in nature.
As the leaves break down, they encourage the growth of beneficial biofilm and microorganisms that shrimp, snails, and fry love to graze on. Catappa leaves are widely used in shrimp tanks, breeding tanks, betta aquariums, and planted setups for both their function and natural beauty.
Their rich brown tones and leaf-litter appearance add depth, texture, and a realistic forest-floor aesthetic to any aquascape.
*Smaller size leaf is great for smaller aquariums*
