WYSIWYG Amazon Wood
Much like Spiderwood, Amazon wood is full of twisty branches with a slight reddish hue.
*Our current stock is sun bleached and looks very similar to Spiderwood. It's a different tree species.*
Driftwood can leach tannins which can cause a slight yellow or brown tint to your water. This is natural and the effects will reduce over time. Boiling or soaking the wood prior to use can decrease the tannins leaching.
Amazon wood will float upon initial use, and may need some time to become waterlogged.
