Bucephalandra Copper Leaf has medium sized round leafs that get a slight copper/bronze shade when submersed.
Each leaf will have 5+ leafs.
Bucephalandra are a relatively new genus of plants to aquarists. They can only be found in certain isolated areas of Borneo. Often named for the region of that they are found. Bucephalandras are found in rivers and streams, and on the banks of rivers. They will grow emersed or submersed. Often the submersed forms have a more delicate leaf structure and exhibit more intense coloration. Caring for Bucephalandra is very much the same as Anubis or Crypts. They are slow growing and have a rhizome that should always be above the substrate. Often if a Buce has a colour in its name it will live up to it!
